When you sign up your kid for a cooking camp at HCG, you are signing them up not only for a food camp but for a journey around the world. Bibi has designed the camp after her own childhood experience at her Grandma’s house and her trips around the world where she expanded her palate beyond her own home.
From 9:30 to 12:30 each day, the children learn to make their own three-course meal, learn food etiquette, as well as cleaning being an important part of cooking. They also learn about the cultural context of the food they are making. Parents are always marveled at how their kids eat food they have never tried before. Best part of this camp is that you don’t have to pack them lunch.
